Hairy Ponies and Friends hit the bookshelves!

First title in children’s book series from Karrot artists is off to galloping start.

Karrot Animation’s sister company Karrot Publishing focuses on publishing the works of Karrot employees, whilst developing them for future potential animated production. “Hairy Ponies and Friends – A Day at the Races?” is the first book in an ongoing adventure series starring a group of ponies, a dog, a cat, a hamster and their owner, and was co-written by Sandra Jones and Jamie Badminton, and illustrated with Jamie’s designs.

The first book has launched successfully in the equestrian world, and has already spawned a partnership with World Horse Welfare to attract children to their charity causes. A success with girls, boys and their parents, the first book is available now from www.hairyponies.co.uk, where the first two chapters can also be sampled. Further books are currently in production.
